Dave Hamlin has owned and managed the Graeagle Meadows Real Estate office since 1990. Throughout the years, he has successfully served the real estate community of Graeagle offering a full-service real estate brokerage comprised of professionals offering a full-range of real estate services including residential, commercial, and rental property management.

Dave loves to say: “I’m a very fortunate guy”! Beginning in the mid-60s, Dave spent his summers with his grandparents, Archie and Lil Hamlin, at Camp Layman.They had moved to Graeagle in 1949 from Montclair, CA. Learning to fish along the Feather River and camping trips to Jamison Creek were Dave’s first introduction to this beautiful area which one day he would call home. After attending Pepperdine University, Dave moved “home” with his wife, Debbie, and their 2 daughters. He partnered with his grandfather, Archie, one of the original developers of Graeagle Meadows eventually taking over management of the GM Sales office.

With over 28 years of selling homes in Graeagle, Dave is able to provide an insider’s perspective on Graeagle, the real estate market and the community as a whole.
